Support for Working Musicians

Booking + Gig Management + Promo Support for Working Musicians

Hey musician friends! If we’ve crossed paths, or you’re out here making good noise, I want to help.

I’m Genevieve. I support working musicians with gig booking, day-of logistics, poster design, and promo.

No career micromanagement. No corporate vibes. Just practical help from someone who gets how hard this industry can be.

This is mutual aid. This is solidarity. This is about making sure you get onstage, get paid, and get seen.

✨ What I Offer

📆 Booking + Gig Management

• Reach out to venues, confirm pay + tech details

• Handle communication, logistics, and follow-up

• 20% cut if you get paid $150+ (If you don’t get paid, I don’t either)

🎨 Poster Design + Promo Support

• Custom flyers, social graphics, event copy

• Pay-What-You-Can

(Most folks give $25–$100. But truly, if money’s tight, just buy a coffee some time. We’re still good.)

📍 Local Event Listings

• I’ll get your show listed on local Portland event calendars

🎟 Advanced Ticketing

• I can help set up ticket links + coordinate promo

🚪 Door Staff Support

• Need someone to work the door? I know folks—or I can do it myself.

🤝 This Is for You If:

You’re tired of chasing down venue details or stressing over promo

You want support without hiring a full-time manager

You’re doing it yourself and need a hand—just for the gig, not your whole life

🙅‍♀️ What I Don’t Do:

I’m not a full-time manager

I don’t take a cut of your merch, streams, or long-term income

I don’t control your career—just help you move it forward one gig at a time

📍Based in Portland, Oregon | Happy to help anywhere music travels

🎧 Let’s make your next show smoother, better promoted, and easier to manage.

❓ FAQ

Q: Are you my manager now?

Nope. I’m here to support your shows, not your whole career. You stay in charge—I just help make things easier for specific gigs or events.

Q: What does 20% get me?

I reach out to venues, handle communication, confirm tech + pay details, and follow up. If I help book the show and you make $150 or more, I take 20%. If you don’t get paid, neither do I.

Q: What if I can’t afford poster design?

That’s okay. I work on a pay-what-you-can basis for musicians. Just be honest about what you’re able to give—no pressure, no shame. Maybe buy me a coffee some time, if you can.

Q: Can you help me build a tour?

If it’s a small local string of dates, probably! If you’re looking for multi-city routing and full tour planning, that’s beyond my current scope.

Q: Can I hire you for other stuff?

Sure! If we vibe and the work feels aligned, I sometimes help with email outreach, copywriting, or other behind-the-scenes tasks. Just ask!
